HYPNAGOGIC STATE
The second state, called the Hypnagogic State, is characterised by the transition from awareness to sleepiness, where visual and auditive imagery appear, remaining in a congruent level of active - although relaxed - perceptiveness, not falling in a state of either sleep or dream; on the other hand, the state of alert is gradually withdrawn with the intention of attaining a relaxing commutation. We have identified this Hypnagogic State as the complementary reinforcement to the creative process that takes place in an accelerated learning process.
